Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administration Manager to join our team at Olsson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program at a complex data center construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the quality assurance program at the project site.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications at various stages of a project.
  • Initiate actions needed to keep construction progress on schedule.
  • Solve on-site problems and situations regarding construction of the project and design modifications.
  • Work in all types of terrain and weather conditions on project sites in various stages of construction.
  • Identify and avoid potential hazards for workers and the public in and around project sites.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Construction Materials Testing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving history.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Grade 1, Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and OSHA10 or OSHA30 preferred.
  • Associate's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
