Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, including personnel management, client experience, and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital operations, client satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve hospital goals and objectives.
  • Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in veterinary management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
