Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Client Relationship Assistant to support our marketing and client relationship initiatives. This full-time role offers opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored for our clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to uncover new avenues for client expansion.
  • Coordinate and oversee client projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management software.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
