Position Overview

SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator will deliver essential administrative support to the sales and marketing development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a range of administrative assistance to support the Marketing and Sales Development teams, including:
  • Managing team schedules and coordinating preparations for all-team meetings.
  • Ordering meals and promotional materials as required and running event-related errands when necessary.
  • Overseeing vendor invoices, tracking payments, and monitoring event budgets.
  • Managing inventory and orders for marketing and sales supplies.
  • Maintaining an updated directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Keeping a comprehensive library for competitive comparisons across all product categories.
  • Assisting in organizing promotional events and both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Compiling, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations as needed.
  • Overseeing the company's social media presence and generating creative ideas to enhance engagement.
  • Supporting additional general tasks as directed.
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Graphic design experience is essential; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of:
  • Performing activities such as bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
  • Standing and walking for two (2) to four (4) hours daily.
  • Climbing stairs two (2) to four (4) times daily.
  • Operating standard office equipment, including PCs, phones, copiers, printers, and faxes.
  • Working in an office environment and occasionally in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
  • Traveling occasionally by various means of transportation.
Work Hours
  • Standard hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start times available.
