Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Specialist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and register new patients, providing information about their visit
  • Schedule patient appointments and communicate with patients, providers, and coworkers
  • Collect co-pays and manage payer approvals and insurance authorizations
  • Provide patients with information about their next appointment and respond to requests for information

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and carry office supplies
