Training and User Support Specialist

NavitsPartners is seeking a skilled Training and User Support Specialist to develop and implement training programs for external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and public speaking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for users.
- Present reports and newsletters to stakeholders.
- Provide user support, handling approximately 50 queries related to applications.
- Prioritize and manage urgent user support issues.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Background in pharmaceuticals and clinical trials preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize user support effectively.
