Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Amwins Connect. As a key member of our growth and revenue generating team, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and growing retail broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, identifying and evaluating their needs through education, advising, and growing their revenue with a consultative approach.
  • Insurance Solutions: Work with brokers to develop insurance solutions that meet their clients' needs, utilizing various methods of communication, including in-person visits, presentations, and phone and online communications.
  • Market Knowledge: Leverage market-based knowledge to provide brokers with tailored employee benefit solutions, including fully insured and self-funded programs across all benefit lines.
  • Business Development: Cultivate new broker partnerships by generating broker leads, qualifying prospects, and managing our portfolio of products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment that includes best-in-class back-office support, meeting annual sales goals and company objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with group medical or ancillary insurance experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Track record of over-achieving goals.
  • Solutions-Oriented Mindset: Solutions-oriented mind-set, with experience working with CRM software and strong knowledge of various sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Current Life & Health insurance license, proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Outlook and Excel, and a firm grasp on ACA and local insurance markets.
