Become a part of the leading HOTWORX team, recognized for excellence in the fitness industry. We operate a 24-hour Infrared Fitness Studio, pioneering the integration of 3-dimensional training. Our unique approach combines Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to assist members in detoxifying, toning, and burning calories efficiently. Our facility provides around-the-clock access to unlimited, semi-private, virtually guided Infrared Sauna Workouts, including 30-minute Isometric sessions and 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training sessions, along with a non-heated Functional Training area equipped with various machines, weights, and more. This exclusive workout model caters to all fitness levels, allowing members to achieve MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME.

We are a team of high achievers seeking to welcome an additional part-time member to our crew. The ideal Fitness Sales Consultant will be expected to work a minimum of 15-20 hours weekly. Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming members during their visits, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on sauna and workout procedures, and offering advice on gear, hydration, and retail products.
  • Encouraging participation in the Burn Off Challenge and promoting the use of the HOTWORX App.
  • Driving membership sales through effective prospecting and outreach efforts. Meeting all membership sales targets.
  • Promoting retail products and gaining comprehensive knowledge about current and upcoming offerings. Achieving all retail sales objectives.
  • Carrying out essential maintenance tasks with a positive attitude, including cleaning and organizing equipment.
  • Taking necessary actions to meet all prospecting and sales targets.
  • Completing all required training, both online and in-person, as mandated by management, to ensure success in the role.

  • Consistently arriving on time with a positive mindset to fulfill all job responsibilities enthusiastically.
  • Delivering exceptional service to members at all times, fostering a motivating and supportive environment.
  • Leveraging social media and various marketing channels to engage members and the community, contributing to the growth of the member base and brand visibility.
  • Utilizing online platforms and software for customer relationship management, processing membership sales, billing, and communication campaigns.
  • Coordinating and executing monthly promotional events.
