About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and implementing individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National certification in a relevant specialty.
