We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
