Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing schedules and budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring job site safety.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Team Leadership: Direct field personnel, maintain schedules, and address project challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Subcontractor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors.
- Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
- Experience: Proven experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and subcontractor management.
- Certifications: Lead and Asbestos Certification RRP OEM.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours and travel within the greater Los Angeles area.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects.
- Education: Study concentration in construction management.
- Experience: Experience with LAUSD, IBEW Crews, and JOC Contracting.
