Job Overview

The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects at A.R. Mays Construction. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
