Job Title: Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading strategic client relationships at Metadata. This role requires a deep understanding of client businesses and industry trends to lead a consultative sales process with best-fit prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run consultative sales processes from discovery to close
  • Generate 4+ self-sourced opportunities per month
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to generate opportunities within assigned account lists
  • Prepare and lead tailored demos with sales engineering for prospective buyers
  • Work with the Marketing Services Team (CSMs) during pre-sale to develop strategic plans for new customers
  • Collaborate with customers to develop compelling business cases for Metadata based on their business objectives, needs, and risks
  • Communicate effectively with marketing executives using phone, email, and social tools
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, individual forecasts, and updated CRM notes
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals
  • Occasional travel to meet with customers, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience selling MarTech/AdTech
  • Experience selling ACV of $60k - $100k+
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of B2B advertising, especially paid social
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Education, Training, and Support:
  • Regular training/coaching on sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Leadership and team management training
Working Conditions:
