Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of team deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client departments, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Foster internal and external understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective presentation skills.
  • Create technical documentation including SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
  • Guide, mentor, and train internal team members on assigned responsibilities, industry best practices, and project-driven technical skills.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and proactively manage team member performance.
  • Develop team members with foresight to support project succession plans as identified by leadership.
  • Contribute to our Patient-Centric and People-Oriented mission by ensuring professional development opportunities are available for the team.
  • Support business development initiatives by:
    • Building and maintaining professional networks.
    • Identifying and addressing client needs with proposed support plans.
    • Recognizing opportunities to expand services for client support.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry role.
Other Requirements:
  • Full Covid vaccination is required prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations as appropriate.
  • Full-time on-site client presence is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed to support project and business requirements.

Precision is committed to transparency in compensation. The disclosed compensation range reflects various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
