Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of team deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client departments, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Foster internal and external understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective presentation skills.
- Create technical documentation including SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
- Guide, mentor, and train internal team members on assigned responsibilities, industry best practices, and project-driven technical skills.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and proactively manage team member performance.
- Develop team members with foresight to support project succession plans as identified by leadership.
- Contribute to our Patient-Centric and People-Oriented mission by ensuring professional development opportunities are available for the team.
- Support business development initiatives by:
- Building and maintaining professional networks.
- Identifying and addressing client needs with proposed support plans.
- Recognizing opportunities to expand services for client support.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry role.
- Full Covid vaccination is required prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations as appropriate.
- Full-time on-site client presence is necessary.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed to support project and business requirements.
