Job Summary

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Athletics Department, this individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations and University policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive athletics compliance program
  • Monitor and interpret NCAA rules and regulations
  • Conduct educational programs for constituents on NCAA compliance
  • Collaborate with University and Conference officials to ensure compliance
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in NCAA Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
  • Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistant program and recruiting software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree or Juris Doctor Degree
  • 3+ years experience at the NCAA Division I level
  • Experience with Banner, ARMS, SLATE

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy and initiative. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
