Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive athletics compliance program
- Monitor and interpret NCAA rules and regulations
- Conduct educational programs for constituents on NCAA compliance
- Collaborate with University and Conference officials to ensure compliance
- Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance activities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in NCAA Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistant program and recruiting software
- Masters degree or Juris Doctor Degree
- 3+ years experience at the NCAA Division I level
- Experience with Banner, ARMS, SLATE
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy and initiative. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
