Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Acuity International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audits of programmatic procedures to ensure quality and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop reports as requested by Executive Leadership.
  • Work directly with the Program Director and clients to facilitate process improvement and document new procedural requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring policies and procedures are accurate, current, and in compliance with respective ORR contract, grants, and state regulations.
  • Assist with writing policies and procedures, corrective action plans, and deployment infrastructure plans.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all reporting requirements.
  • Collect data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide residential programs with updated guidance from ORR and other regulatory entities.
  • May assist with regulatory and compliance trainings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • CPR certification, preferred.
  • Able to work overtime and be on call.
  • Flexible hours and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient with computers and common office equipment as well as Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • Five years of experience in quality assurance or another field related to programmatic compliance.
