  • Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team and timeline.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical paths effectively.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope, foresee potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering accountability for their assigned tasks.
  • Oversee the Emergency Response program for ERG clients.
