The individual will offer strategic recommendations and technical counsel in alignment with relevant statutes and regulations, including the DoD 5000 series and Federal Acquisition Regulations along with their supplements.

The candidate will uphold quality benchmarks and evaluations for project outputs.


The individual will oversee all facets of the planning and execution of designated projects, serving as the primary point of contact for these initiatives.

The candidate will guide projects from initial concept through to final execution, collaborating with the organization and its stakeholders across all impacted areas.


The candidate will articulate project scope and objectives based on organizational needs; and formulate detailed work plans, timelines, project estimates, resource allocations, and progress reports.

The individual will facilitate project meetings and is accountable for tracking and analyzing project performance.

The candidate will manage tasks to ensure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and executed effectively throughout the organization, ensuring timely, cohesive, and precise work execution.

The individual will evaluate information and data, assessing the advancement of programs, projects, and processes. The candidate will provide technical and analytical support to the project team and propose solutions to organizational leadership. The individual will organize, manage, and present information, including oral recommendations.

Qualifications:
Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Ability to secure a security clearance.


A Master's Degree in a relevant field* with a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field* with 5 years of pertinent experience, or an Associate's Degree with 7 years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 13 years in any field with at least 9 years of specialized experience.


Relevant Degree Fields:
Project Management, Business Management/Administration, or other related disciplines. Specialized experience must be in Project Management, Business Management/Administration, or other related areas.


A minimum of 10 years of experience within the last fifteen years coordinating and collaborating on the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs, as well as coordinating military acquisition programs (preferably with ground combat vehicle systems experience).


Acceptable experience must demonstrate a significant role in all necessary areas (planning, organizing, executing, supervising, tracking, and reporting).


Experience should encompass:

Interfacing and coordinating with higher-level staff; providing program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for program actions and decisions; developing a rhythm of activities; managing calendars; coordinating and facilitating recurring staff meetings; preparing, reviewing, staffing, transmitting, and electronically storing agenda, briefings, documents, tasks, minutes, calendars, action items, and other program-related materials on government-owned systems; and preparing necessary presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.

Background and knowledge in planning, organizing, executing, supervising, tracking, and reporting on complex programs.

Five years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
