Office Administrator with Strong Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at YOSEF ZION. As an Assistant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, employees, and Administrators.
Responsibilities- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in person.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with document filing, data entry, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Cash Handling: Assist with collections, manage accounts, and perform basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Windows, Word, QuickBooks, and Excel.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
