Job Overview:

The Executive Support Assistant Manager is essential in delivering thorough assistance to the Executive Support Team. This role encompasses event planning, coordination of staff, projects, and vendors, executive assistance, information management, and various administrative tasks. The position requires a broad skill set, including technical expertise, organizational capabilities, confidentiality, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:Core Duties:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, overseeing logistics, sourcing necessary materials, and contributing to the overall aesthetic.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure all aspects of event preparation are meticulously handled.
  • Provide support to the Executive by managing personal tasks and errands, including scheduling appointments and making reservations to enhance their productivity.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, track milestones, collaborate with team members, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure a seamless flow of information for the Executive, organizing and disseminating data accurately and promptly.
  • Professionally format emails and reports for both internal and external communications.
  • Effectively adapt to shifting priorities and unexpected demands.
  • Deliver assigned administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to professionalism, including punctuality, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
  • Willingness to work on holidays as required.

The anticipated compensation range is USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. Pay range is subject to change at any time depending on internal and external factors.
