About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead our Soccer Lessons at a local daycare/preschool. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and enjoys working with kids. This position is perfect for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Soccer Lessons for children, ensuring a fun and educational experience
  • Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Implement a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children
  • Maintain class rosters and ensure accurate records
Requirements
  • Availability to work mornings part-time
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Soccer playing background preferred
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Must have a clean, valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check, SafeSport, and obtain First Aid/CPR Certifications
