About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth soccer classes in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead youth soccer classes for children aged [insert age range]
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and teamwork
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Reliability and a positive, engaging energy
  • Availability to work 10-20 hours per week during weekdays and Saturdays
  • Ability to travel up to 15 miles each way to get to a class location
