Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach
Job Summary:
Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading and assisting energetic and motivating classes, connecting and challenging each child, and helping them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist/teach energetic and motivating classes to children aged 1-10
- Connect and challenge each child to help them accomplish motor development goals
- Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children
- Help children develop self-confidence and physical literacy
- Assist in developing skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment
Requirements:
- Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Soccer playing background preferred
- Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions
Additional Opportunities:
Super Soccer Stars offers additional opportunities with our amazing athletes P.E afterschool enrichment program teaching basic skills in various sports, including basketball, soccer, tennis, hockey, baseball, lacrosse, football, and golf.
Benefits:
- Flexible schedules
- Training and equipment provided
- Up to $480 end-of-season bonus (leading positions)
- Up to $200 referral bonus (candidate must work for 6 months)
- Up to $250 to lock in new schools
Schedule:
You will provide us with your seasonal availability, and we will schedule you into classes accordingly. We are currently hiring coaches who are available for our Fall and Winter seasons (also year-round if available).
