Youth Soccer Coach

Join Super Soccer Stars, the largest operating youth soccer program in the US, as a Part-Time Youth Enrichment Instructor. We offer a unique age-based curriculum, customized for children ages 1-10, with a focus on fun themes, progressive skills, and confidence building. As a Coach, you will lead our little stars in a positive, non-competitive environment, developing a love for soccer. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with or teaching children, is extremely reliable, and has a positive, engaging energy. You will earn $22 per/hour initially as an Assistant Coach, with an increase to $25 per/hour once you successfully transition to a Lead Coach role. Our Coaches run each class following our customized, age-appropriate enrichment curriculum, focused on developing the whole child. They use individual attention to ensure every child has success, a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment, and positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. Requirements: Classes will be held during late morning and after-school hours during week days, and/or on weekend mornings. The ideal candidate will have availability on SOME of the days and times listed below: Monday-Thursday: 1pm-4pm Fridays: 9am-12pm Saturdays: 9am-12pm Sundays: 9am- 12pm Benefits: Coach referral program for $100 for every coach you recommend Partial commute compensation End of season bonus program for lead coaches Sports store discounts Discounted programming for family and friends Potential pathway to full-time employment or to become a business owner Advanced curriculum training technology to support each Coach in their class preparation
