Job Description

Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading our children, ages 9-11, in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive soccer lessons to children aged 9-11
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of our students
  • Provide individual attention and support to ensure every child has success
  • Use a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment that encourages children to have fun and learn
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continuously improve your coaching skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children and soccer (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
  • Ability to work with children aged 9-11
  • Flexibility to work a variety of days and times, including Tuesdays 2:00-3:30pm and Thursdays 1:00pm-3:00pm
  • Ability to commit to regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
