About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our young players in fun and educational soccer activities, promoting a non-competitive environment and fostering a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead soccer classes for children, following our customized enrichment curriculum
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success and develops their skills
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate their successes
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a coaching or teaching capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekdays and weekends

Location

Classes will be held at local schools, parks, and recreational centers in the North Bay area. Coaches may be expected to travel up to 15 miles each way to get to a class location.
