Job Description

Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading soccer lessons for children in a fun and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead soccer lessons for children in a fun and educational environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical activity and skill development
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children
  • Maintain class rosters and ensure accurate attendance records
  • Participate in regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements:

  • Availability to work mornings part-time
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Soccer playing background preferred
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children
  • Maintaining class rosters and accurate attendance records
  • Must have a clean, valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check, SafeSport, and obtain First Aid/CPR Certifications
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Able and willing to travel to get to class locations
