Job Title: Licensed Behavior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team at Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. As a Licensed Behavior Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to our team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA, using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision to our team members, including direct care staff and BHT/RBT workers.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community officials to provide support and guidance.
  • Collect and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
  • Implement consequences and reinforcement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other supporting agencies.
Requirements:
  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
