Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients in our inpatient program. As a Behavioral Health Technician III, you will work collaboratively with our treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide day-to-day oversight of therapeutic activities, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide day-to-day oversight of therapeutic activities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Participate in crisis intervention and management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g. social work, psychology, nursing)
- 1 year of experience in behavioral health or a related field
- Basic Life Support certification
- Valid driver's license
