Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of therapeutic activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address mental health, emotional, and social challenges.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, collaborating with treatment teams to inform care planning.
- Participate in crisis interventions, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to promote positive relationships and support client recovery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community agencies, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance client care and program operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, such as social work, psychology, or nursing.
- 1 year of experience in behavioral health or a related field, with a strong understanding of therapy principles and group counseling techniques.
- Basic Life Support certification and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
