As a seasoned Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success within our high-value portfolio of accounts. Working closely with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve long-term success. Your expertise in enterprise solution-selling will be essential in identifying white-space opportunities that solve our customers' business problems and protect and grow our revenue in assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Apply solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the account's position in the market, its product/service, points of differentiation, and competitive landscape to maintain and grow business.
- Monitor, share, and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer to drive growth and success.
- Build positive relationships with customers and identify business problems that can be solved with our solutions and products.
- Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes while building relationships and establishing EBCs.
- Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable stakeholders are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
- Lead account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
- 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts.
- 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience.
