Job Title: Head of Product Marketing

We're scaling growth without hiring more staff and on a mission to fix the broken U.S. healthcare system by eliminating the massive administrative burden on healthcare staff.

Role Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to spearhead efforts in refining our brand positioning, expanding market influence, and ensuring our initiatives resonate with target audiences while aligning with our broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.
  • Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
  • Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and creation of sales materials.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market need assessments.
  • Experience in the healthcare/healthtech space, with at least 3 years in the industry.
  • Sales enablement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
