Head of Product Marketing Strategist

At Notable, we're on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by eliminating the administrative burden on healthcare staff. We're looking for a seasoned product marketing leader to spearhead our growth strategy and shape our market presence. As our Head of Product Marketing, you'll be responsible for refining our brand positioning, expanding our market influence, and ensuring our initiatives resonate with target audiences. Your expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, and product-market fit will be invaluable in driving our product decisions and informing our marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with our VP of Communications and other stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives. Your experience in sales enablement will also be crucial in supporting our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on the development of marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.
  • Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
  • Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and the creation of sales materials.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market need assessments.
  • Experience in the healthcare/healthtech space, with at least 3 years in the industry.
  • Sales enablement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
