Job Overview

As Relyance AI's Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market position. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product marketing plans that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Marketing Strategy: Define positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with product management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  2. Sales Enablement: Work with sales and global demand gen teams to create marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and define sales plays to effectively communicate product value.
  3. Product Launch Management: Oversee all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, tracking performance metrics, including pricing.
  4. Content Creation: Develop insightful technical content, such as presentations, whitepapers, and videos, to communicate the unique value proposition of Relyance AI.
  5. Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by leading and creating content that showcases the company's expertise in Trust, Security, and AI governance.
  6. Culture of Excellence: Foster an environment of innovation, growth, and Unreasonable Hospitality within the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the broader organization.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Experience of scaling both people and operations.
  3. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Bonus points for:

  1. Experience marketing in the Privacy or Security domain.
  2. A track record of success in a startup environment.

The base salary pay range for this role is $190,000 to $250,000.
