RN Hospice House Nurse

We are seeking a skilled RN Hospice House to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development
- Participate in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention program
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical or long-term care experience
- Minimum 1 year Hospice nursing experience (or equivalent education and/or experience)
- Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
