We are seeking a skilled and experienced House Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in med-surg or related nursing area upon hire.
