Job Overview

A dynamic organization is in search of an Office Administration and Bookkeeping Specialist to provide essential support to the Accounting Manager. This position is a contract-to-hire role that requires full-time onsite presence.

The successful candidate will assist both the Accounting Manager and the Owner with various administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess: a strong ability to follow directions, reliability, a proactive mindset, and proficient computer skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management
  • Input purchase orders, bills, and invoices
  • Conduct reconciliations
  • Manage sales tax obligations
  • Consolidate credit card accounts to secure optimal interest rates
  • Process orders, including printing labels and coordinating shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as required

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $24 to $26 per hour.


Work Schedule:

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour workday to be discussed and agreed upon upon hiring.
