Your Responsibilities as a Retail Operations Leader:
You will oversee the daily operations of a single retail location.
This role encompasses hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of your store.To ensure you are well-prepared, we offer an extensive training program lasting 8 weeks or more.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety Certification:
Serve Safe certification is required.
Work Environment:
While performing your duties, you will encounter hot areas due to steam and food vapors.
Workspaces may be confined, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold dishes, utilizing kitchen equipment, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Employees should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters.
The kitchen environment can be warm and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, and conflict management abilities are essential.
