MANAGING PARTNER IN TRAINING

As a key member of our leadership team, the Managing Partner in Training will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to drive business success
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance sales performance and member retention
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility that meets the highest standards
  • Manage employee payroll and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Stay up-to-date on all offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization to provide exceptional member experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking to maintain a seamless member experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
  • Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred
  • Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate, and solve problems
  • Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
  • Ability to invest financially in opportunity
Physical Requirements:

This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
Compensation:
  • $45,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience)
  • $60,000 potential total annual compensation
  • Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
