Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, maintaining, and reporting accurate and timely accounting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and record financial transactions in the General Ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and files.
  • Assist with payroll reporting and expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile the Corporate AMEX account and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department and office staff as needed.
  • Receive and process office mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience or education in Accounting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.

Competencies:

  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in financial data.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
