Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Cardiovascular Associates of San Antonio P.A.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical practice, with a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to multitask.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, signing them in, and obtaining insurance information and other necessary data.

They will also be responsible for preparing and calculating patient payments for diagnostic tests, printing out patient demographic sheets, and answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate person.

In addition, the Medical Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for calling patients to confirm appointments, processing payments over the phone and payment plans, and retrieving patient records for new patients.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, flexible with traveling between clinic locations, and subject to a background check and driving record.
