Job Summary

The KPMG Advisory practice is currently experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing client demand. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Federal Advisory team.

As a Manager in our Federal Advisory practice, you will be responsible for developing thought leadership and supporting business development, capture, and proposal activities. You will also interpret complex accounting issues, build relationships with clients, and provide guidance on the application and impact of Federal standards, policies, regulations, and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop thought leadership and support business development, capture, and proposal activities

Interpret complex accounting issues and provide guidance on their impact

Build relationships with clients and provide trusted advisory services

Research and provide guidance on Federal standards, policies, regulations, and technical guidance

Requirements

A minimum of five years of federal financial management experience is required. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and certifications such as CPA, CGFM, or CDFM are preferred. Extensive experience applying FASAB, Treasury, GAO, and OMB regulations, leading small to mid-sized teams, and managing manager-level client relationships is also required.
