Cultivate a resident-centric focus and drive strategic vision at CCMC, a community management company specializing in large-scale communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, administration, financial, operational, and technical oversight of the community, staff, and service contractors.
  • Facilitate orientation and training of the Board and committee members, as well as long-range planning and annual goal setting.
  • Serve as liaison between the association and other entities, including developers, builders, sub-associations, commercial parcels, club facilities, schools, and public facilities.
  • Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and mentor employees to develop skills necessary to advance within the community and CCMC.
  • Manage the preparation of all annual budgets, reserve studies, and variance reports.
  • Facilitate long-range planning and annual goal setting.
  • Lead the execution of board-approved projects.
Requirements:
  • PCAM certification and at least seven years' experience in on-site large-scale community association management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or a related field.
  • Robust operational background and understanding of community financials.
  • Ability to build relationships through the highest level of customer service, sophistication, and professionalism.
  • One or more nationally recognized certifications or designations, e.g., Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), MBA, or Master's degree.
  • Ability to successfully engage on a variety of levels, including speaking and writing.
  • Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing the operation of community associations and governing documents.
  • Proficient computer skills in Windows environment.
  • CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
