Community Leadership Manager

Cultivate a resident-centric focus and drive strategic vision at CCMC, a community management company specializing in large-scale communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, administration, financial, operational, and technical oversight of the community, staff, and service contractors.
- Facilitate orientation and training of the Board and committee members, as well as long-range planning and annual goal setting.
- Serve as liaison between the association and other entities, including developers, builders, sub-associations, commercial parcels, club facilities, schools, and public facilities.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and mentor employees to develop skills necessary to advance within the community and CCMC.
- Manage the preparation of all annual budgets, reserve studies, and variance reports.
- Facilitate long-range planning and annual goal setting.
- Lead the execution of board-approved projects.
- PCAM certification and at least seven years' experience in on-site large-scale community association management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or a related field.
- Robust operational background and understanding of community financials.
- Ability to build relationships through the highest level of customer service, sophistication, and professionalism.
- One or more nationally recognized certifications or designations, e.g., Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), MBA, or Master's degree.
- Ability to successfully engage on a variety of levels, including speaking and writing.
- Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing the operation of community associations and governing documents.
- Proficient computer skills in Windows environment.
- CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
