Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional guest service
  • Control costs and manage inventory to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with a successful history of quality guest service, team building, and development of people
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
  • Aptitude towards learning, coaching, and teamwork; ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse staff accountable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards while efficiently managing time and priorities
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members
  • Proficient in typical desktop software programs
  • Experience in inventory management, scheduling, spreadsheets, labor management, and knowledge of P&L's is desired
