As a prominent convenience brand, Dash In operates numerous revenue streams within each location, including fuel, convenience products, prepared food service, and car wash. With over 60 locations, we combine Franchise and Corporate operations to better serve our communities.

Job Purpose and Function:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient functioning of the FOH retail operations. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience around the clock. Your success will be evaluated based on sales growth, customer feedback, third-party evaluations, adherence to brand standards, and profitability metrics such as inventory management, labor, and expense controls. You will cultivate a positive FOH culture by hiring, training, and developing high-performing associates while engaging the entire store team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Store Senior Manager in recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing team of retail associates.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively order products to drive sales, maintain inventory levels, and safeguard against loss.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure high levels of customer engagement, maintain a clean and safe environment, and adhere to all operational guidelines.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate proficiently with all organizational levels.
  • Audit Excellence: Meet or exceed expectations in third-party audits and inspections.
  • Acting Leadership: Serve as the acting Store Manager in the absence of the CORP Manager or Foodservice Manager.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, and/or retail environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work a varied full-time schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active ServSafe certification.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using POS technology.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach, teach, and develop team members.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Drive for results and adaptability to change.
