The Retail Operations Supervisor will collaborate with the Store Manager and senior management to oversee daily store activities and lead team members effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support product merchandising efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol and tobacco sales.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.

  • Able to multitask and make critical decisions.
