Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Utilize Cutera's validated sales methodology to generate leads and build brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.
- Sales Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in your assigned territory, including cold calling, on-site visits, and relationship-building with existing customers.
- Product Education: Educate and demonstrate Cutera's products' indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients' needs and that of their customers.
- Relationship Building: Nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience: 7+ years' sales experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment, or strong business-to-business sales experience.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments, and a detailed successful sales track record.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.
