Access Control Systems Specialist at TEKsystems

As an Access Control Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Conducting the setup, servicing, and repair of magnetic locks, electric strikes, door hardware, and access control systems tailored for commercial enterprises.
  • Client Relationship Management: Fostering strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Security System Planning: Strategically planning security system installations, assessing site conditions, determining alarm specifications, and designing equipment and wiring configurations.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Performing tests to verify the functionality of access and CCTV systems, promptly identifying and resolving any technical issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all installations and services rendered.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in a wide variety of CCTV and Access Control Systems.
  • Practical experience in programming Access Control Systems.
  • Key attributes include responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills along with proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
