  • Cash Collections: Collect patient payments and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Chart Reconciliation: Review and reconcile patient charts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operation of the clinic and delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and medical staff, both verbally and in writing.


Requirements:



  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or administrative setting.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems.


  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced clinic environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Salary: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.


Additional Information: This is a part-time opportunity with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Weekends and holidays may be required.
