Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team at Wyndy LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong ability to provide support and guidance in a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with after school programs, providing support to students and helping them with homework and academic assignments.
  • Create engaging and educational activities for students, promoting positive behavior and social skills.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of programs.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and positive environment, providing guidance and support to students as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a support or educational setting.
  • A love of working with children and a passion for helping others.
